I provide services for those seeking additional support to navigate their parenting journey and explore strategies that can help you rediscover the joy of a wonderful relationship with your children.

Individual online consultation.

Experience personalized online consultations focused on your current situation, providing you with the opportunity to reflect and process everything that's happening. While these sessions can be a one-time occurrence, they tend to be more effective when held biweekly.

Online Courses

Online courses to help support you to build up the confidence in your parenting journey and relationship with your children.

Parent Child Attachment Play

This is a structured program of online sessions (which can also be face-to-face based on location) designed to plan activities with your children. We utilize various skills and strategies to strengthen your relationship with them. Our goal is to restore joy to these interactions and boost your confidence in your parenting role.

Pre Natal/Post Natal support

Becoming a parent can be both an amazing and daunting experience, often reshaping your identity. I provide online consultations to create a space for you to explore and reflect on how this journey feels for you.

Relational Play Groups

I facilitate small groups of up to 6 parent-child pairs for a 6-week program, where we engage in games designed to strengthen relationship, build your confidence as a parent and understand the developmental stages your child is experiencing.
